Diagnostic & Assessment
A $29.99 diagnostic fee is required for all service requests. This fee covers our initial inspection, technical assessment, and return shipping. If you choose to proceed with repairs, this amount will be fully credited toward your final invoice.

Service Terms
Your diagnostic fee covers the initial evaluation. We will always provide a detailed quote for your approval if extensive repairs are required. If multiple issues are found, we will contact you to discuss the best options and final costs before proceeding.

Turnaround Time
Our current turnaround time is estimated at 1 to 4 weeks upon receipt, depending on the complexity of the service. We will contact you the moment your equipment passes final testing and is ready to be shipped back to you.

Service warranty
All repairs include a 6-month labor warranty. Depending on the specific service provided, an additional manufacturer warranty on replacement parts may also apply. Our service team will confirm your exact warranty details upon completion.

Beyond Repair
If your equipment is severely damaged and beyond reasonable repair, we can assess its remaining value for parts. Our team will contact you to discuss any potential buy-back or recycling options.
