  • What does "Excellent Condition" mean? Near-mint, showroom-ready quality. These units show little to no visible cosmetic wear, feature entirely clean display screens free of scratches.
  • Are these cameras autofocus or manual focus? We sell both. Our inventory includes auto and manual focusing film and digital models; please check the individual product specifications tab above for this specific model.
  • Who is responsible for maintaining the camera after purchase? Ongoing care and proper equipment handling are strictly part of customer responsibility as outlined in our warranty and return policy.

  • Does this camera come with a warranty? Yes. All equipment includes an independent warranty provided and managed entirely by ClubCamera.com: 12 months for New items and 6 months for Renewed items.
  • Are your warranties backed by the original manufacturers (like Canon or Nikon)? No. ClubCamera.com is an independent retailer with no official affiliation, authorization, or endorsement from the manufacturers. Our warranties are exclusive to us.
  • What does the ClubCamera.com warranty cover? It strictly covers internal hardware defects and failures that occur during normal, proper operation (e.g., sensor failure, shutter malfunctions, autofocus motor errors).
  • What will void my warranty? Your warranty is immediately voided if the camera shows signs of impact damage (drops/crushes), environmental damage (water, moisture, sand, corrosion), or tampering (unauthorized disassembly/self-repair).
Shipping & Delivery
  • How fast will my order ship out? In-stock items ship within 1 business days. Some items ship within 2–5 business days (processed Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays).
  • Do you offer free shipping? Yes, standard shipping is free on all orders over $49, but this applies strictly to Continental US shipping destinations only.
  • Are international, Alaska, or Hawaii orders eligible for free shipping? No. Orders under $49, as well as all shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or international addresses, do not qualify for free shipping and have fees calculated at checkout.
  • What are your estimated delivery transit times? Standard orders take 1–5 business days to arrive. Backorder items take 5–11 business days, depending entirely on your final destination.
  • Which carriers do you use? We use USPS, UPS, FedEx, or regional carriers. ClubCamera.com reserves the right to choose the best-suited courier for your package.
  • Will my package require a signature upon delivery? We reserve the right to add signature confirmation or shipping insurance to any package at our discretion for equipment security, at no extra cost to you.
  • What happens if my package is lost or stolen after delivery? ClubCamera.com is not responsible for covering or refunding "item not received" claims if the tracking officially marks the package as "Delivered." A secure delivery location is the customer's responsibility.
  • Who pays international customs duties and import taxes? The client. All international customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or VAT are the sole responsibility of the client and are paid upon delivery.
Returns, Refunds & Restocking Fees
  • What is your return policy window? You have 90 days from the date you receive your product to request a return if it does not meet your expectations.
  • Can I get a full 100% refund? Yes, if you request the return within Days 1–30 and the item is in the exact same condition received (unworn, unused, unaltered, with original packaging). There are exceptions outlined bellow for "New" items.
  • Is there a fee for returning an item after 30 days? Yes. Returns requested within Days 31–90 are accepted, but a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your final refund.
  • Are there restocking fees for opened "New" items? Yes. A minimum 15% restocking fee applies if a "New" item is returned used, with missing packaging/accessories, altered/torn retail boxes, or shows signs of handling and cosmetic wear.
  • Which items are completely non-returnable? Consumables such as batteries, instant film packs (Instax, Polaroid) and film rolls cannot be returned under any circumstances if the factory seal or plastic wrap is broken.
  • How long does it take to process my refund? Once received and physically inspected, approved refunds are automatically issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
  • What are the return rights for European Union buyers? Under the EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period, EU residents have the legal right to cancel or return their order for any reason within 14 days, provided standard condition criteria are met. Customer is responsible for return and purchase shipping charges.
  • What should I do if my camera arrives damaged or defective? Inspect your shipment immediately. Contact us right away if the item is defective out of the box, damaged in transit, or incorrect so we can evaluate and make it right.
